There is a failure when I try to download the grub with git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/grub.git

The error message showed:
Fatal: unable to connect to git.savannah.gnu.org:
Git.savannah.gnu.org [0:140.186.70.72]: errno=connection timed out

Hello!
Have had no problems before this? Sometimes network administrators can
and will set their network connections to block ports that they do not
understand. Examples are the ones that GIT uses, and the one that SSH
uses. Its slower, but there are instructions available to perform the
same clone function using HTTP instead.

Of course it might be a transitory problem. keep trying and keep us up
to date with your progress or lack of therein.
